This form is to be completed if you wish to have your marks reviewed for any technical or human errors which may have occured during the marking process.

There is a fee of £50 required for a Marks Review. The payment of this fee must be made before the review is undertaken. Once you have submitted your application, a member of the KPA Enquiries Team will be in touch to inform you of how to make the payment.
